When changing widths, processing with a saw is the first choice. The roll properties, diameter and sleeve remain unchanged. However, if a roll is to be cut into several parts or divided into several smaller rolls, re-rolling is the method of choice. However, each equipment requirement must be considered individually in order to find the most reasonable method.
